Our Rate System

At Inside Health Institute, we believe that whole wellness should be accessible. To accomplish this, we offer a payment system that allows you to choose how much you pay for your visits. Our sliding scale method is different from others in that we don’t ask about your income, assets, dependents, etc. and then tell you how much you will pay - because we know life is more complicated then that. Instead, you will pick from four fixed tiers that you feel best reflect your current financial status. This means that those who have the means to pay more allow those who might otherwise not be able to afford services receive them at the lower rate. It also means that if your financial circumstances change during your care, you can always change your selected tier. We are not contracted with any insurance providers at this time. Insurance companies often cause barriers in our ability to provide services at the frequency that is appropriate for the individual seeking services, as they have limitations to how many sessions they are willing to cover. Many insurance companies also require that their contracted providers give proof of diagnosis in order to cover the services provided. We strive to not focus on making diagnoses but more on helping the person. This means that we don’t want to label you for the sake of getting your insurance company to cover your care. Further, contracting with insurance companies requires extensive administrative time - time that we would rather use to better serve you.

We strive to minimize financial limitations in accessing therapy. To make this possible we offer a tiered sliding scale system that starts at a much lower rate than is industry standard. We also offer an additional hardship option if none of the options work for you.
