Dr. Christine Bowen, ND, CGP
Chief Medical OfficerChristine has been practicing in Bothell, Washington since 2007. She is a Northwest native and a 2005 graduate of Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington. Christine specializes in restoring digestive function through nutrition and other Naturopathic modalities. She has had the pleasure of teaching patients and practitioners about the Specific Carbohydrate Diet for the past 7 years. She believes that nutrition should be a first line therapy whenever possible and that supplements, medications and digestive/allergy testing should be considered only after nutrition has been properly addressed. Christine spearheaded the launch of Inside Health Institute after many years of feeling like patients would be better served by having more holistic treatment options and support under one roof. She has had great success helping patients who may have difficult or complicated conditions and is excited to share her clinical experience with all who come to Inside Health Institute.

Dr. Bowen soon shared her vision for creating a large scale holistic treatment center and invited Carolina to join the founding team as the Chief Operating Officer. To better assist patients on their journey toward health, Carolina completed her training in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition in 2016.
